Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Provide accurate and helpful information regarding products, services, and policies
Handle and resolve customer issues, complaints, or concerns with professionalism and efficiency
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and on time
Collaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries and provide comprehensive solutions
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture focused on customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Consistent availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during our regular business hours is required
Previous experience in customer service is a plus
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Customer-focused with a positive and empathetic attitude
Ability to adapt to changing processes and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in basic computer applications and comfortable using customer service software
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Some college education is preferred
