Responsibilities

Support the sales team with communication, event fulfillment, Customer analytics, enablement research, and dashboard reporting

Support communication, training, and development opportunities for the Southwest Business Team and Customers

Provide support for Southwest Business knowledge management systems and tools, assessing accuracy and effectiveness

Partner with various internal departments to fulfill administrative tasks as needed

Participate in ad hoc sales enablement projects, trainings, and planning

Required

U.S. citizenship or current authorization to work in the U.S. required and no current or future work authorization sponsorship available

Knowledge of the administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as processing words, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology

Knowledge of the principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products

Must possess excellent organizational and time management skills

Must have strong communications skills

Must have strong problem solving and analytical skills

Ability to work independently and the willingness to function as part of a team

Ability to multi-task and complete assignments with tight deadlines

Good oral, written, and presentation skills required

Progress toward a degree, major, or minor in Professional Sales, Marketing, Business, Hospitality, Computer Science, Analytics, Information Technology or similar degree required

To be eligible, you must be currently enrolled as a full-time student (as defined by your university) at the time of application and during the internship

Minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA at the time of application

Must be at least 18 years of age

You must have a valid U.S. Social Security Number to complete the full hiring process
