Lead the sales efforts for third-party property management services, targeting new business opportunities and expanding client relationships
Manage day-to-day operations of the commercial property management team, ensuring efficiency, high-quality service, and optimal performance
Provide leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities for 8 direct reports, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
Oversee property management operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, vendor management, and tenant relations
Build and maintain strong client relationships, presenting tailored property management solutions to prospective clients
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic business plans for growth and profitability
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in commercial property management, with a strong track record in selling property management services
