Responsibilities

Understand, monitor and manage daily cash positions across all bank accounts and entities, cash forecasting, liquidity needs

Drive cash management improvements and ensure financial obligations are met in accordance with policies and procedures

Participates in the calculation, monitoring and reporting of liquidity and financial covenants

Manage bank fee analysis, liquidity gap analysis, liquidity forecasting and optimal cash management levels

Process/approve payments based on prior day and intraday cash flow monitoring

Manage banking administration, signatories and relationships with financial institutions

Maintain and adhere to strong internal controls over payment initiations and approvals

Strong communication skills are needed to collaborate within the department and company-wide, as well as effectively with banks and other vendors

Effectively manage email communications
