Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth analyses of business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
Analyze operational data and performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations
Develop and implement process improvement initiatives across various departments
Collaborate with senior management to assess operational needs and align strategies
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input from stakeholders and promote best practices
Prepare and present reports on operational initiatives, outcomes, and key performance indicators
Mentor and guide junior analysts in their professional development and project work
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
5+ years of experience in operations analysis or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse teams
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel, Tableau, or similar software
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
Preferred
Demonstrated experience in project management or change management is a plus
