Responsibilities

Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed functional requirements for connected car services

Collaborate with technical teams to perform impact assessments and feasibility analysis for new requirements

Act as a liaison between business units and development teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals

Manage and track requirements throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Assist in sprint planning, release management, and ensuring proper prioritization of business needs

Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintain product backlogs

Support the testing and validation of new features to ensure they meet business and technical requirements

Conduct root cause analysis for reported issues and provide recommendations for process improvements

Work with Agile teams to support continuous improvement initiatives

Contribute to knowledge base articles and business process documentation

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

3+ years of experience as a Business System Analyst working with North American business clients on customer facing applications, preferably in the connected car industry

Experience in requirements documentation authoring and documentation management

Strong experience in business requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation

Experience working with Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and release management

Familiarity with issue tracking and project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product management, software engineering, and QA

Intermediate knowledge of API integrations and data flow processes
