Support our acquisitions team in identifying, evaluating, and executing real estate investment opportunities

Developing and implementing strategic plans for acquiring commercial properties that align with the company's investment goals

Identify potential investment opportunities through market research, networking, and relationships with brokers and developers

Negotiating and closing deals

Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, real estate, or related field

At least five years of experience in real estate investment analysis and management

Strong financial analysis skills and proficiency in real estate valuation techniques

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven track record of successfully supporting and assisting senior executives in the real estate industry

Expected work hours: 7:30 to 6:00, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends and the ability to work hours that support business needs

Frequent and regular business trips with overnight stays are required to various business locations and properties (traveling approximately 50% of the time); may need to drive a personal vehicle for business
