Responsibilities
Contribute to PV&V plans and activities, track progress, and report Activity Completion Rating (ACR) to leadership
Collaborate with stakeholders to define, execute, and deliver PV&V plans using lab and field tests
Interpret and implement standards, specifications, and regulations for electric machines
Deliver projects within established program management plans
Develop personal capabilities through training, education, and professional accreditation
Create and maintain high-standard technical documentation
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Experience creating PV&V plans, work requests, and scheduling PV&V activities
Experience with rotating components, electric machine design, test, or implementation
Knowledge of data acquisition equipment and instrumentation such as accelerometers, thermistors, current transducers, and vector network analyzers
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to travel up to 20% locally
Bachelor's of Science degree in electrical, mechanical, or a related field of study
Preferred
Knowledge of related electric drive components (inverters, connectors, energy storage, etc.)
Knowledge of AI and its applications in PV&V
Understanding of electric machine types and design, including electromagnetics and cooling
Experience in working collaboratively across teams
Knowledge of accelerated test methods
Experience with Windchill and Creo
