Responsibilities

Secure brokered trucks to assigned shipments needed to provide an excellent customer service experience

Manage the relationship between the carrier and the company

Build strong relationships with carriers by staying in constant communication to ensure day-to-day and long-term needs are met

Demonstrates industry knowledge and ability and can apply the competency in new or complex situations

Leverage organizational skills to manage multiple carriers and shipments
