CrowdPlat is seeking a junior-to-mid level Enterprise Systems Engineer to support cloud-based enterprise collaboration and productivity platforms in a large, structured IT environment. This role involves assisting with the administration of Microsoft 365 and related cloud services, ensuring smooth operations and user support.

Responsibilities

Assist with day-to-day administration of Microsoft 365 , including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and user account management

Support user onboarding and offboarding , access provisioning, and license management

Use PowerShell scripts to automate and support Microsoft 365 administrative tasks

Monitor system usage, performance, and security events within cloud collaboration platforms

Respond to service tickets related to SharePoint, Teams, file sharing, and collaboration tools

Assist senior administrators with updates, patches, and configuration changes

Follow established change control and documentation processes

Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps

Participate in team meetings and support continuous improvement initiatives
