Responsibilities
Manage a CRM database (Salesforce exp is preferred)
Maximize sales potential through developing and maintaining customer relationships
Create and maintain customer profiles
Identify growth opportunities on assigned accounts and new accounts
Assist Branch Sales Associates on opportunities as needed
Leverage monthly/seasonal promotions for their assigned account list, maximizing customer engagement in each program
Participate in account reviews for their assigned customer list
Provide input to Wholesale Management and Product Management on products to be stocked and levels needed
Mentor Branch Sales Associates on sales skills
Provide superior customer service to external and internal customers
Learn and utilize internal industry leading technology offerings
Stay current on sales training courses and continued learning, as well as attend networking events
Perform regular recruiting efforts to grow account list
Other duties assigned as needed
Qualification
Required
Experience managing a CRM database (Salesforce experience is preferred)
Ability to maximize sales potential through developing and maintaining customer relationships
Skill in creating and maintaining customer profiles
Ability to identify growth opportunities on assigned accounts and new accounts
Experience assisting Branch Sales Associates on opportunities as needed
Skill in leveraging monthly/seasonal promotions for assigned account list
Experience participating in account reviews for assigned customer list
Ability to provide input to Wholesale Management and Product Management on products to be stocked and levels needed
Experience mentoring Branch Sales Associates on sales skills
Ability to provide superior customer service to external and internal customers
Willingness to learn and utilize internal industry leading technology offerings
Commitment to stay current on sales training courses and continued learning
Willingness to attend networking events
Experience performing regular recruiting efforts to grow account list
Ability to perform other duties as assigned
