They are seeking a Product Development & Optimization Intern to gain hands-on experience in product formulations, lab processes, and strategic decision-making within their Adhesive Technologies business unit.

Responsibilities
Gain hands-on experience creating product formulations in a lab environment
Participate in lab-scale batch making processes for packaging, labeling, and hygiene adhesive applications
Conduct specific application testing to evaluate product performance and quality
Learn the full product formulation life cycle - from lab development to production and market launch
Develop an understanding of SAP systems and learn how to interpret and analyze formulation and production data
Contribute insights that support strategic decision-making based on technical and market knowledge
Qualification
Required
An undergraduate student graduating in 2027, 2028 or 2029 pursuing a degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Material Science Engineering
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong ability to interpret technical and performance data and recommend actionable next steps
Demonstrated strategic thinking and brainstorming skills to support innovation and problem-solving
