Responsibilities

Lead the solution architecture and design of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations

Partner with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions

Define and document the overall system architecture, including integrations, data flow, and customizations

Oversee the development of custom extensions, integrations, and data migration strategies using AL, APIs, and Power Platform tools

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, consultants, and business analysts

Conduct fit-gap analyses and recommend process optimizations aligned with Business Central capabilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate D365 BC with other Microsoft technologies (Power BI, Power Automate, Dataverse, Azure Services, etc.)

Ensure all designs and implementations adhere to Microsoft best practices, performance, and security standards

Support pre-sales activities including solution demos, architecture blueprints, and effort estimation

Manage technical risk and ensure successful delivery of Business Central solutions from planning to go-live

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field

8+ years of experience in ERP solution delivery, with at least 4+ years in Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV)

Proven track record in solution architecture, design, and technical delivery of D365 BC implementations

Strong functional knowledge of financial management, supply chain, inventory, sales order processing, and manufacturing modules

Hands-on experience in Business Central development (AL language) and system integration

Proficiency in Microsoft ecosystem tools: Power BI, Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, Dataverse, and API frameworks

Excellent understanding of data migration, performance optimization, and security within Business Central

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead workshops and translate complex business needs into actionable solutions
