Sales Support Assistant

Responsibilities
Manage Salesforce Inquiry Case queue for tasks such as new account setup, ERP account migrations, and customer account updates
Triage department email inboxes, ensuring all messages are reviewed and delegated within 24 hours
Refer complex inquiries to appropriate individuals or departments
Assist with distributor onboarding and e-commerce account maintenance
Provide backup support for Receptionist and Mail Clerk as needed
Coordinate completion of customer forms and documents, working with Legal, Finance, and Quality teams
Qualification
Required
High School diploma required
3–5 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, OneNote, Word, Outlook)
Strong data entry and typing skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Detail-oriented with high accuracy
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
