Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the credentialing process for all healthcare providers within the organization
Verify and maintain records of all necessary licenses, certifications, and other credentials
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Coordinate with various departments to streamline the credentialing process
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and files
Qualification
Required
1+ years customer service experience in a medical or healthcare environment
1+ years credentialing processes and healthcare regulations experience
3+ years Microsoft Office Suite and database management
Verifiable high school diploma or GED Required
Preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
