Outside Sales Representative

Responsibilities
Conduct door-to-door visits to prospective businesses in targeted towns (up to two-hour driving distance)
Present and pitch the program to generate interest and onboard new partners
Qualify prospects and guide them through the application process using Salesforce
Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting community recruitment events (e.g., lunch & learns, town halls)
Build relationships with local influencers such as chambers of commerce and economic development associations
Maintain accurate records by importing Excel data into Salesforce weekly
Qualification
Required
1–2 years in sales and/or customer service; outside/field sales required
CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
Exceptional communication, professionalism, and urgency; strong attention to detail and problem-solving
