Gather and analyze requirements by engaging with business stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges

Translate business requirements into clear detailed functional specifications for development teams

Collaborate closely with developers architects and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of Pega solutions

Identify and recommend process improvements leveraging Pega BPM tools to streamline operations

Assist in configuring Pega applications and support various testing stages to validate solution integrity

Manage stakeholder communication providing regular updates on project progress and risks

Document all aspects of the project including requirements use cases process flows and test cases

Facilitate training and knowledge transfer sessions for users and support teams to enhance system adoption and usage

Qualification

Pega BA

Required

7 to 11 years of experience as a Pega Business Analyst

Analyze and document complex business requirements to translate them into Pega specific functional specifications

Collaborate with cross functional teams to design scalable and maintainable Pega solutions

Utilize Pega BPM capabilities to map and optimize existing business processes

Support configuration and testing activities including unit integration and user acceptance testing

Develop comprehensive documentation including business requirements, use cases, process flows, and test cases

Prepare training materials and conduct sessions for end users to ensure smooth adoption of Pega applications

Maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure alignment throughout project phases

Apply deep knowledge of Pega concepts and best practices to enhance solution quality and efficiency
