Responsibilities

Referral Review: Thoroughly and promptly review all incoming referrals, ensuring accuracy and completeness in clinical and financial documentation

Background Checks: Conduct and review criminal background checks on potential residents, adhering to all applicable regulations and policies

Financial Analysis: Verify and evaluate financial information, including primary insurances and Medicaid eligibility, to determine the financial viability of admissions

CRM Management: Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with lead information and manage leads effectively

Prior Authorizations: Initiate and oversee the prior authorization process when necessary, working closely with healthcare providers and payers

Document Management: Upload all admission-related documents into the designated system and ensure timely notification to the accepting facility

Provide direction to liaison/s for on-site or additional information needed

Ad Hoc Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by the management to support the smooth functioning of the admissions process
