Responsibilities
Own day-to-day accounting operations including GL, AP, cash management, and expense processing
Lead monthly & quarterly close and prepare financial statements
Own budgeting, forecasting & quarterly variance analysis
Drive automation and process improvements across multiple entities
Coordinate year-end filings and manage 1099s
Prepare PBC schedules and support tax & K-1 review
Evaluate and implement accounting & FP&A systems and workflow enhancements
Maintain fund ledgers including capital calls, distributions, contributions & investment activity
Prepare monthly/quarterly fund financials & NAV packages
Act as a primary contact with fund administrators
Support audit, tax & investor reporting processes
Partner with auditors, tax advisors & internal stakeholders
Assist with valuation analysis and portfolio performance metrics
Qualification
Required
5+ years of accounting experience ideally coming from another fund
Highly organized and strong attention to detail
Superb verbal and written communication skills a must
Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
