Responsibilities

Supervise and direct electrical construction projects from start to finish
Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades to facilitate efficient workflow
Manage and train a team of electricians and apprentices, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to deadlines
Perform inspections of electrical installations, including low voltage and high voltage systems
Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions
Maintain inventory of materials and tools, ensuring that the worksite is adequately supplied
Prepare reports on project progress and any issues that arise during construction

Required

Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman or in a similar supervisory role in electrical construction
In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, including low voltage and high voltage
Experience with fire alarm systems, receptacle installations, and lighting configurations
Familiarity with multifamily and assisted living electrical projects
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Valid electrical license and safety certifications
