Office Manager & Operations (Temporary)
Cynet Security is a leader in threat detection and response, and they are seeking a highly organized Office Manager to oversee office operations and logistics for their Boston and Tampa locations. This role will support employees and senior leadership with a wide range of administrative and operational tasks during a 6-month maternity leave cover, with the potential for extension.

Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations, including supplies, equipment, and service providers
Support HR and employee-related activities (onboarding, offboarding, events, gifts, etc.)
Assist employees and senior management with general office needs
Coordinate office projects and events, including wellness initiatives and key meetings
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
Qualification
Required
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Service-oriented mindset to support both employees and leadership
