Responsibilities
Advancing patient satisfaction, care quality, operational efficiency, and system reputation
Supporting initiatives that improve the patient and family experience
Overseeing key workflows and operational processes across multiple sites
Driving improvements in patient perception of care
Focusing on HCAHPS outcomes and alignment with quality and safety goals
Identifying opportunities for improvement, streamline workflows, and ensure consistent practices between departments and sites
Providing direct coordinating efforts across sites to ensure consistent service standards and operational alignment
Qualification
Required
4 year/Bachelor's Degree
Completes and maintains all competencies and trainings as required for role
