DataSeers is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Implementation Analyst to join their dynamic team. The role involves supporting the successful onboarding and implementation of client solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams and translating client needs into functional specifications.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support the configuration and deployment of solutions

Translate client needs into functional specifications and implementation plans

Utilize data visualization tools to analyze and present data in a clear and actionable format

Build and maintain implementation documentation and process flows

Perform data validation, transformation as needed

Leverage Microsoft Excel to perform data analysis, build reports, and support decision-making

Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and clients through written reports, presentations, and regular updates

Ensure timely and accurate implementation of solutions, while identifying and addressing potential risks or issues

Work independently to manage priorities and drive tasks to completion with minimal supervision

Act as a team player, contributing to a collaborative and inclusive work culture

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field

Experience or strong understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar)

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation

Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Preferred

Familiarity with project management methodologies or tools (e.g., Zoho, Agile, JIRA, Asana)

Basic understanding of SQL or other data query languages
