Develop and maintain third-party integrations using:
Application Engine programs
Application Packages
Component Interfaces
Integration Broker (API)
Write and optimize complex SQL and PL/SQL queries
Conduct performance tuning of PeopleSoft applications and database operations
Design and maintain database tables and schemas
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable HCM solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve integration or system issues promptly
Qualification
Required
Must have more than 10 years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM
Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft integration tools
Must have 10 years of experience in SQL and PL/SQL
Experience in performance tuning and database design
