HR Linqs Connect is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow sales within the Functional Plastics and Retail business. This role is responsible for achieving annual sales targets, developing strategic sales plans, managing customer relationships, and overseeing day-to-day sales operations.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute short-, mid-, and long-term sales strategies to achieve business goals
Manage key accounts, conduct regular client visits, and identify new market opportunities
Analyze sales performance, trends, and forecasts; report results to senior management
Prepare annual budgets and conduct monthly and quarterly sales reviews
Oversee pricing, credit management, order processing, inventory control, and payment collection
Supervise and support sales staff, ensuring accurate and timely sales and profit reporting
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales, product development, and promotions
Ensure compliance with all federal/state regulations and company policies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Minimum 3 years of related sales or business development experience
Business-level English required
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to travel locally, domestically, and internationally as required
Valid driver's license and safe driving record
Preferred
Business-level Japanese preferred
