Contact Center Agent I

First City Credit Union is seeking a Contact Center Agent I to provide exceptional service to members. The role involves answering member service calls, providing information on accounts, cross-selling products, and assisting with online banking inquiries.

Banking

Responsibilities

Answers member service calls in a professional and courteous manner
Provides information as requested on member's accounts or credit union products and services
Cross-sells credit union products and services to members as appropriate
Perform members' request and conduct account maintenance
Assists members through the online banking related questions, features including troubleshooting
Performs telephone transfers, wire transfers, check orders, stop payments, address changes and opens new accounts
Process member requests in a timely manner
Assist members with any Debit/VISA related questions

Required

Two years of financial institution experience
Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service and sales skills
Personnel computer proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent critical thinking skills
