Account Executive
NikoHealth is a rapidly growing SaaS company transforming how Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and Home Medical Equipment (HME) providers operate. They are seeking an Account Executive who will be responsible for driving new business, managing the sales process, and building relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end sales process for SMB accounts, consistently meeting and exceeding revenue targets
Identify and engage potential customers within the DME/HME and broader healthcare sectors, focusing on high-value opportunities
Build strong relationships with decision-makers, understanding their challenges and positioning NikoHealth as the ideal solution
Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate forecasting
Lead contract negotiations and close complex deals, ensuring a seamless transition to implementation and customer success teams
Partner with SDRs, Marketing and Product teams to align on go-to-market strategies and provide customer insights to enhance offerings
Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and uncover new opportunities
Qualification
Required
2-5 years of sales experience in a high growth SaaS company
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to influence and build trust at the executive level
Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication abilities
Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales analytics platforms
A hunter mentality with a passion for identifying and closing new business opportunities
Data-driven approach to decision-making and strategy
