As a Senior Strategy & Operations Associate, you will support cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and effectiveness across the business, collaborating closely with various functions to enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities

Support cross-functional operational initiatives by assisting with strategy, analysis and execution of key projects

Leverage data and build reporting to help identify operational issues and contribute to solution development

Collaborate closely with the Payment & Fraud, Finance, Product, Online Sportsbook, Commercial, Marketing, Trading, VIP, Retail, and iCasino functions

Understand customer drivers and assist in efforts to improve the end-to-end customer experience

Work cross-functionally across the Fanatics ecosystem to leverage and utilize strategic assets into the Sportsbook and iCasino product

Effectively manage multiple projects with clear and consistent communication

Required

2-4 years of experience in strategy, operations, analytics, or a related function

Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, Sigma or similar

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment with attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication skills, which includes creating and presenting polished, insight-driven presentations to internal stakeholders

Collaborative and empathetic team player who works well across functions

Curious mindset with a willingness to learn quickly and take feedback

Interest in working in an entrepreneurial, high-growth environment where decisions are made quickly

Willingness to travel occasionally for events or team meetings at Fanatics offices
