Paid Media Associate, Digital Solutions
UJA-Federation of New York is seeking a Paid Media Associate to manage their digital marketing efforts. In this role, you will assist in executing and optimizing paid media campaigns across various digital channels, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to improve campaign performance.

Responsibilities
Assist in the setup and programming of paid media campaigns across various platforms, including Meta, Google Ads, and programmatic platforms
Implement audience targeting and ad placements as directed by the Senior Digital Strategist
Ensure accurate tagging and tracking for campaign performance monitoring
Monitor live campaigns to ensure proper delivery and performance
Assist with basic optimizations, such as adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting parameters under the guidance of the Manager
Identify and escalate performance issues or opportunities for improvement
Compile performance data and assist in preparing reports on key campaign metrics (e.g., impressions, clicks, conversions)
Contribute to post-campaign analyses to evaluate outcomes and identify learnings
Work closely with creative teams to ensure timely delivery of assets for campaigns
Communicate with external vendors and platform representatives to address issues or gather insights
Support cross-departmental collaboration to align paid media efforts with broader organizational goals
Stay updated on platform updates, best practices, and industry trends
Assist in testing new ad formats, targeting capabilities, and emerging platforms
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
1–3 years of experience in digital advertising, paid media, or a related field
Hands-on experience with ad platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or similar tools
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team environment
Preferred
Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand performance metrics and interpret data
Familiarity with programmatic platforms and audience segmentation tools
Knowledge of A/B testing and performance optimization techniques
Experience in nonprofit marketing or mission-driven organizations
