Responsibilities

You coordinate and maintain resource tracking systems and dashboards, ensuring alignment between planned and actual headcount and contractor data
You manage the contracting and invoice processing needs across PDD, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution
You manage the overall process to drive ExBP contractor onboarding, renewal, and offboarding for PDD
You are accountable to raise issues related to contract or purchase order discrepancies, escalating those that may impact PDD deliverables or finances
You support functional leaders with resourcing insights and provide regular reports on hiring progress, vacancies, and contractor coverage
You assist with the implementation of planning tools or automation features to improve visibility and efficiency
You build foundational knowledge of resourcing and metrics data, developing the ability to explain trends and variances with clarity
You proactively surface simple gaps or inconsistencies, escalating issues with recommendations for resolution

Required

You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Finance, or a related field
You bring 2–4 years of experience in resourcing coordination, headcount tracking, or business operations; or an advanced degree with 0–2 years of equivalent work experience
You have a working knowledge of workforce planning principles and budget alignment
You are proficient in Excel and familiar with planning or analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Anaplan)
You demonstrate capacity for independent thinking and the ability to make decisions based upon sound principles
You show excellent strategic agility including problem-solving and critical thinking skills, and agility that extends beyond the technical domain
You demonstrate respect for cultural differences when interacting with colleagues in the global workplace
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, specifically in the areas of presentation and writing, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear language

Preferred

Experience working with procurement or contractor management processes
Familiarity with PDD organizational structure and Roche policies
