Lead a team of 12-15 technicians
Build internal and external relationships with Field Technicians and Spectrum’s customers
Manage all partner teams to enhance customer and employee experiences
Support FTVI’s remotely and in person
Achieve performance goals
Support the development of others
Balance time between field and administrative tasks
Qualification
Required
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
Experience: Field technician experience (4+years), supervisory experience in a field service capacity, performance management experience
Technical Skills: Basic computer/technology skills, MS Office
Skills: Analytical, project management, time management, communication
Preferred
Experience working with Enterprise services and the related technologies
Industry related certifications (NCTI or SCTE)
