Responsibilities
Act as a strategic consultant to managers on employee relations matters
Manage high-level leave cases, including FMLA and ADA
Handle complaints, investigations, and conflict resolution
Support managers with workers’ compensation cases and compliance requirements
Partner with leadership during organizational changes (e.g., acquisitions, hybrid work transitions, new system implementations)
Conduct thorough investigations and provide recommendations that reduce risk and uphold company values
Collaborate with HR and department leaders to ensure consistent application of policies and best practices
Qualification
Required
4–5 years of experience in Human Resources
Minimum 2 years of experience in Employee Relations
Proven experience conducting investigations
Preferred
Strong knowledge of employment law
Experience working in medium to large organizations (500+ employees is a plus)
