Inside Higher Ed is seeking a University Compliance Officer & Deputy Title IX Coordinator responsible for compliance functions related to discrimination, harassment, and sexual misconduct at Kutztown University. Responsibilities

Coordinating and performing a variety of compliance functions related to claims of discrimination, harassment, and sexual misconduct
Intaking complaints, conducting investigations, drafting investigative reports, and reviewing policies
Conducting outreach and intake meetings in response to reports of sexual misconduct
Overseeing the implementation of the university’s sexual misconduct prevention and awareness programming and related training initiatives

Required

Bachelor's Degree
Knowledge of and experience with Title IX, Clery Act, Americans with Disabilities Act
Knowledge of and experience with EEO federal and state laws and regulations
Excellent research, problem solving, and conflict resolution skills
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Experience with diverse populations

Preferred

Juris Doctor or master's degree
Title IX Training Certification
Experience in higher education
Experience working in a union environment
