The People Operations Specialist will ensure that team members feel supported and informed while managing core HR responsibilities and enhancing the employee experience.

Responsibilities

Support team members by answering questions about policies, benefits, leaves, and employment processes with empathy and clarity

Own core HR responsibilities, including FMLA administration, leaves of absence, unemployment claims, and required documentation

Be Present as an in-office, approachable resource who greets team members, builds relationships, and strengthens culture through everyday interactions

Partner With the Director of People Operations, leadership, and internal teams on employee relations matters and people-related needs

Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies

Improve people processes by identifying opportunities to simplify, clarify, and enhance the team member experience
