Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the installation, service, and sales processes

Drive to appointments and load van with necessary supplies

Ensure a clean and organized vehicle

Adhere to safety procedures and use the right equipment

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and components

Identify required tools and special equipment for each job

Assemble and install valves and fittings

Locate and mark positions for connections and fixtures

Test pipe systems and fixtures for leaks to ensure compliance with code requirements

Install, repair, and maintain water heaters, conditioners, and water treatment equipment

Mentor fellow employees to enhance their skills

Take payments at customer locations
