Answer and direct high volume calls with multiple lines and extensions
Take messages and respond to caller inquiries
Provide company information to callers
Perform light data entry tasks
Complete administrative tasks and small projects as assigned
Distribute mail
Greet visitors warmly and professionally
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in handling high volume calls
Strong data entry and administrative skills
Customer service expertise
Order entry experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
3+ years of experience in administrative support
Preferred
Good working knowledge of MS Office, including Word and Excel
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to maintain a professional appearance and positive company image
