Responsibilities

Partner with Sales and Product teams to identify customer needs and map them to AI-driven retail solutions

Lead discovery sessions, solution presentations, and product demos

Develop and deliver proof-of-concepts (POCs) that showcase measurable business value

Act as the technical advisor during the sales cycle, addressing architecture, deployment, and integration questions

Own the post-sales customer journey — onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal

Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and ensure customers achieve desired business outcomes

Monitor solution performance and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues or implement enhancements

Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for the product and engineering teams

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities through a consultative, value-based approach

Required

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field

3–5 years of experience in presales, solution consulting, solution architecture, or technical customer-facing roles in SaaS / AI / data-related environments

Strong technical proficiency in AI, computer vision, or data analytics solutions, with the ability to design and explain architectures and demo products

Solid understanding of enterprise software deployments, APIs, integrations, and cloud-based systems

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to translate complex technology into clear business value

Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written)

Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in an early-stage, fast-evolving market environment

Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams
