Responsibilities
Evaluate clients’ HR policies, handbooks, and drug-free workplace programs to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
Recommend and implement HR solutions that align with federal, state, and local regulations while enhancing efficiency and employee experience
Partner with HR Business Partners, internal teams, and clients to ensure policies meet legal standards and business needs
Serve as the go-to resource for handbook, drug testing, and background check inquiries—building strong relationships with clients and vendors
Provide top-tier service within established SLAs, resolve escalated issues, and ensure timely, accurate delivery of compliant HR materials
Keep up-to-date with evolving HR legislation and best practices to maintain compliance and add value to client partnerships
Qualification
Required
1–3 years in HR, Benefits, or Client Service
Strong understanding of employment laws and leave administration
Analytical problem-solver with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent communicator—both written and verbal
Relationship builder who thrives in collaborative environments
Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities under deadlines
Empathetic, proactive, and committed to delivering outstanding client experiences
