Service Contract Project Manager (47317)
Challenge Enterprises is seeking a Service Contract Project Manager to manage the Federal Contract while ensuring high-quality standards. The role involves developing relationships with the GSA and maintaining compliance with contract requirements.

Responsibilities
Manage the Federal Contract in a profitable and high-quality standard
Develop a lasting working relationship with the GSA and Bennett Building staff
Meet all Janitorial and IRS Mailroom requirements of the Contract Statement of Work
Knowledgeable of all Challenge Enterprises' Mission Statement
Operate the project in an efficient and cost-effective manner
Maintain budgeted benchmarks
Provide quality customer service
Participate in Challenge Enterprises orientation
Meet all requirements identified in the customer statement of work (SOW)
Demonstrate a positive attitude towards position and towards peers, supervisors, volunteers, and front-line employees
Evaluate the employees’ productivity utilizing the standards established by Challenge Enterprises
Develop efficient work schedules for all employees assigned to the project
Produce quality assurance checks and inspections utilizing the CompuClean program
Review and maintain payroll system for accuracy and completeness
Control costs for equipment, supplies, and personnel, especially vacation and overtime
Notify the Senior Project Manager of your need to take time off and schedule a vacation
Ensure that all employees have uniforms that are neat and clean
Order supplies and equipment from the approved list of vendors and complete a purchase order form with signature and date
Conduct monthly Safety training for all assigned employees
Attend any mandatory meetings scheduled by the VP of Business Development and or Senior Project Manager
Follow all agency policies and procedures
Maintain a project ratio of 75%
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated knowledge of developmental disabilities and at least one year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities in the same field
Knowledge of the contracts and monitoring guidelines
Must possess good people skills
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Must be able to work indoors and outdoors year-round
Must be able to twist, stoop, bend, reach, pull, stand, and walk for up to eight hours a day
Must have Microsoft Word, Excel, and PayCom knowledge and experience
Must pass a Federal Background Checks
Must have a clean MVR
