Responsibilities
Manage part of the men's footwear business
In-season management, pre-season planning, and conducting monthly re-forecast meetings
Collaborate with a team of approximately 7 planners, and be part of a larger digital planning team
Engage in cross-functional work with other teams
Handle high-visibility projects, especially in the sportswear segment
Qualification
Required
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
At least 5 years of experience in merchandise planning
Proficiency in Excel and experience working with large data sets
Experience with web-based planning tools, preferably O9
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable presenting to high-level stakeholders
Ability to tell a story using data
Expertise in retail planning
Experience working with large consumer/product retailers
Background in the fashion or apparel/footwear industry
Curiosity and self-starter attitude, with proven success in leading projects under ambiguity
Knowledge of sneakerhead culture
