Responsibilities

Lead the technical design, configuration, and implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions

Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions using Salesforce best practices

Oversee and guide a team of Salesforce developers and administrators

Design and implement automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Apex

Implement features like Case Management, Knowledge Articles, Live Agent, Omni-Channel, and Service Console

Develop custom components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce

Ensure code quality through peer code reviews, CI/CD pipeline usage, and test coverage

Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), or third-party tools

Work closely with QA, Product Owners, and Business Analysts during Agile development cycles

Provide level 3 technical support and guidance on Service Cloud features and limitations
