Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end client implementations, including requirements gathering, project planning, system configuration (bswift platform), data imports, testing, and go-live readiness—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery

Serve as the primary client contact during implementation, proactively managing risks, resolving issues, educating stakeholders, and delivering training to ensure successful adoption and clear understanding of system capabilities

Ensure long-term success through quality assurance, documentation, and collaboration, driving process improvements, supporting automation initiatives, and providing a seamless transition to the Client Success team post-launch

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field preferred

2+ years of experience in benefits administration, HR technology, or a related role

Proficiency in bswift platform system configuration or ability to become certified

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure system accuracy

Experience with data imports, file validation, and quality assurance testing

Ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong client-facing abilities

Preferred

Experience with CRM and project management tools (e.g., Zoho or similar) preferred
