Responsibilities
Proactively source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Utilize innovative sourcing strategies to tap into passive talent markets
Conduct initial candidate assessments, including resume reviews and phone screenings, to ensure alignment with job requirements and cultural add
Coordinate and conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and motivations
Collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate evaluation criteria and make informed hiring decisions
Work closely with hiring managers and HR partners to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
Provide guidance on market trends, best practices, and competitive intelligence to inform hiring decisions
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process
Create a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Keep candidates informed about their status, provide feedback, and address their questions and concerns
Gather feedback from candidates to continuously improve the recruitment process
Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to develop competitive and compelling job offers
Negotiate offer terms with candidates and facilitate the offer acceptance process
Assist in the smooth transition of new hires into the organization through effective onboarding
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities using our applicant tracking system (ATS)
Generate and analyse recruitment data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Experience recruiting for Engineering, Product, and Design roles
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and industry trends
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
High level of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality
Flexibility to work different hours depending on workload
Comfortable working hybrid in Austin
