Responsibilities
Champion turf health by applying and monitoring agronomic treatments
Oversee daily course operations, delegating assignments and guiding staff performance
Inspect and maintain course conditions to ensure excellence across all 18 holes
Supervise the safe and proper use of equipment, instilling best practices in every task
Lead safety training sessions and foster a culture of accountability and care
Step confidently into the Superintendent’s role when needed, ensuring seamless operation
Qualification
Required
Requires a Bachelor's degree in turf grass management, golf course management, agronomy, soil science or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred
2-3 years of work experience in golf course maintenance operations
