Employee Benefits Client Service Specialist - Hybrid
The Jonus Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Employee Benefits Client Service Specialist to join a growing team. This role is integral to supporting the Account Managers and ensuring the seamless delivery of exceptional service to the clients.
Responsibilities
Assist Account Managers with daily tasks and client service needs
Manage claim inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
Communicate with insurance carriers to address billing errors and other concerns
Support Account Managers with enrollment processes and related tasks
Maintain accurate records and documentation in the EPIC software system
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the employee benefits or insurance industry
Active Life & Health (L&H) licensure required
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
A proactive and client-focused mindset
Preferred
Proficiency in EPIC software
