The role involves troubleshooting petroleum equipment, responding to service calls, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and technical knowledge.

Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service, repairs, and maintenance to the gas stations
Communicate in person and over the phone with clients
Respond to a variety of service calls including emergency response and after hour on-call
Repair and maintain dispensers, turbines, UST tank top equipment, UST monitoring equipment, and dispenser calibration
Track inventory on the company vehicle to ensure that you have all the equipment needed
Keep up to date on new equipment launches and industry compliance
Participate in ongoing training
Manage client expectations through correct judgments, sound decisions, and technical knowledge
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Two years of experience in Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer operations
Valid driver's license and clean driving history
Preferred
Knowledge of petroleum dispensers and related equipment a plus (Wayne, VeriFone, Gilbarco)
