The role involves managing projects across the full lifecycle of global share plans while collaborating with senior stakeholders in HR, Finance, Payroll, and Tax.

Responsibilities

Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Tax teams to implement processes for equity administration, reporting, and compliance across jurisdictions
Client Delivery & Relationship Management: Act as a key point of contact for client projects—managing timelines, deliverables, and quality standards while building trusted relationships
Compliance & Risk Oversight: Help establish governance frameworks, maintain documentation, and coordinate year-end reporting for equity programs globally
Equity Program Management: Support the design and rollout of global equity plans, ensuring alignment with market practices, compliance requirements, and client objectives
Team Development: Mentor junior team members, review work for accuracy, and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive team culture
Insights & Analytics: Support development of dashboards and reporting tools to track participation, compliance, and market trends

Required

7+ years in equity compensation, global reward, or related field
Tax consulting background (e.g., Big 4, law firm, or boutique advisory) with demonstrable client advisory experience
Experience managing multi-country share plan rollouts and compliance processes
Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
Familiarity with equity administration platforms and integrations
Professional credential preferred (CEP, CPA/CA, or equivalent)

Preferred

Understanding of global tax and payroll implications for equity awards
Awareness of accounting standards (IFRS 2/ASC 718) and governance best practices
Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
