Review AI-generated outputs related to brokerage workflows, leasing, negotiations, and deal structuring
Provide structured written feedback on accuracy, reasoning quality, and real-world applicability
Translate real brokerage, leasing, and client-representation experiences into clear evaluation criteria
Identify gaps where AI reasoning diverges from practical or regulatory realities
Work independently and asynchronously while meeting quality and turnaround expectations
Qualification
Required
Strong years of professional experience in real estate brokerage, leasing, or client representation
Experience in roles such as Real Estate Broker, Sales Agent, Leasing Agent, Tenant Representative, Closing Specialist, or Rental Coordinator
Strong understanding of market analysis, property valuation, negotiation, and transaction management
Excellent written communication and analytical skills
Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable working remotely
