Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy in alignment with the company's business objectives
Set clear and measurable sales targets, both short-term and long-term, and create actionable plans to achieve them
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt the sales strategy as needed
Lead and inspire the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to maximize their potential
Build and maintain a high-performance sales team by recruiting, training, and evaluating sales professionals
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the sales department
Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, expanding market reach, and maximizing sales to existing customers
Develop and nurture relationships with key clients and partners to secure strategic accounts and partnerships
Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions when necessary to meet or exceed revenue targets
Oversee all aspects of sales operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, and sales reporting
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure product-market fit and effective sales strategies
Implement and manage sales technologies and tools to optimize sales processes and efficiency
Develop and manage the sales department budget, allocating resources effectively to support sales objectives
Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability and alignment with financial goals

Required

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proven track record of successful sales leadership with a minimum of (X) years of experience in sales management and (X) years in a senior leadership role
Strong understanding of sales strategies, market dynamics, and industry trends
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
Excellent leadership and team-building abilities
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Highly organized, dependable, motivated, responsible and a team player
Strong time-management skills
Ability to multitask and handle high-volume work
