Responsibilities

Managing complex energy and natural resources transactional matters in a sophisticated law firm environment, including M&A, project development, and commercial agreements
Renewable energy transactional experience, such as:
M&A and joint ventures
Build-transfer agreements
Commercial agreements (PPAs, O&M agreements, shared facilities agreements)
Procurement contracts for equipment and materials
Experience with engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contracts is a plus, but not required
Experience with energy and natural resources financing transactions is a plus, but not required
Oil and gas experience is beneficial but not required
Strong interpersonal skills, excellent work ethic, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with a high degree of responsibility

Required

3-7 years of experience in Energy, Environmental, and Infrastructure practice
